Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between INNOUS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") and users regarding the use of the online news service hsin.news (hereinafter "the Service").

Article 2. Definitions

1. "Service" refers to the news content and related services provided through the online newspaper hsin.news operated by the Company.
2. "User" refers to both members and non-members who access the Service and use it in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered by providing personal information to the Company and can continuously use the Service.
4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the Service without registering as a member.
5. "Post" refers to text, photos, videos, files, links, and other content posted by users on the Service.

Article 3. Effect and Amendment of Terms

1. These Terms take effect when posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to users.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations.
3. When amending the Terms, the Company shall notify users at least 7 days before the effective date. For changes disadvantageous to users, at least 30 days advance notice shall be given.
4. Users who do not agree with the amended Terms may terminate their service agreement.

Article 4. Provision of Services

1. The Company provides the following services:
   • K-content related news and information
   • Multilingual news content services
   • Newsletter services
   • Other services determined by the Company
2. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, year-round in principle. However, the Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, equipment failure, or other operational reasons.

Article 5. Copyright of Content

1. Copyright of all content (articles, photos, videos, etc.) published on the Service belongs to the Company.
2. Copyright of posts made by users within the Service belongs to the respective authors.
3. Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, or otherwise use for commercial purposes any information with intellectual property rights belonging to the Company without prior consent.

Article 6. User Obligations

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

1. Registering false information
2. Stealing others' information
3. Altering information posted by the Company
4. Infringing on the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
5. Damaging the reputation of the Company or third parties
6. Posting obscene or violent content
7. Using the Service for commercial purposes without consent
8. Other illegal or improper activities

Article 7. Disclaimer

1. The Company is exempt from liability when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters.
2. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by the user's fault.
3. The Company is not liable for the reliability or accuracy of information posted by users.
4. The Company is not liable for transactions between users or between users and third parties.
5. The Company is not liable for free services unless otherwise specified by law.

Article 8. Dispute Resolution

1. The Company operates a grievance handling system to reflect legitimate opinions and complaints from users.
2. Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea.
3. The court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of the Service.
