INNOUS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, to protect the personal information of data subjects and to promptly and smoothly handle related grievances.

1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes:

1. Website membership registration and management: Identity verification, membership maintenance, prevention of unauthorized use, and various notices.
2. Content provision: Providing content and customized services.
3. Marketing and advertising: Sending newsletters, providing events and promotional information.

2. Processing and Retention Period

The Company retains personal information within the period prescribed by law or agreed upon at the time of collection.

• Records on contracts: 5 years
• Records on payment: 5 years
• Consumer complaint records: 3 years
• Website visit records: 3 months

3. Provision to Third Parties

The Company does not currently provide users' personal information to third parties.

4. Rights of Data Subjects

Data subjects may request viewing, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time.

5. Destruction of Personal Information

When personal information becomes unnecessary, the Company destroys it without delay using secure methods.
