Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between INNOUS Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company") and users regarding the use of the online news service hsin.news (hereinafter "the Service").

Article 2. Definitions

1. "Service" refers to news content and related services provided through hsin.news.
2. "User" refers to both members and non-members who access and use the Service.
3. "Member" refers to a registered user who can continuously use the Service.
4. "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the Service without registration.

Article 3. Provision of Services

The Company provides the following services:

• K-content related news and information
• Multilingual news content services
• Newsletter services

The Service is provided 24 hours a day, year-round in principle, with possible temporary suspensions for maintenance.

Article 4. Copyright

Copyright of all content published on the Service belongs to the Company. Users shall not use the Company's content for commercial purposes without prior consent.

Article 5. User Obligations

Users shall not register false information, steal others' information, infringe on intellectual property rights, post obscene or violent content, or use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Article 6. Disclaimer

The Company is exempt from liability for service disruptions caused by force majeure, user fault, or inaccuracy of user-posted information. The Company is not liable for transactions between users or for free services unless specified by law.

Article 7. Dispute Resolution

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws of the Republic of Korea. The court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall have jurisdiction over disputes.
